Released Value Protection: Offered at no additional charge, this option provides minimal coverage—up to 60 cents per pound per item. While cost-effective, it may not cover the full value of high-value belongings.
Clients can also select separate third-party liability or cargo insurance for additional protection, especially for valuable or fragile items. We recommend reviewing your agreement and policy options to choose the right coverage.
What Is Covered

Claims and Support
Clients can file a claim for loss or damage within the timeframe outlined in their agreement (often up to nine months from delivery). Get A Moving Company is dedicated to providing prompt, transparent support and guidance throughout the claims process.
